Harriet joined Systemagic at the start of 2018 as our Operations Manager to manage the busy helpdesk and field team and ensure clients receive a consistently great service. She brings over 6 years of experience managing support teams. Outside of work she likes spending time with friends, family and her dog.

What do you do when you’re not in the office?

I enjoy running with my dog, it’s one of the only ways to tire him out as he’s full of energy. Socialising with family and friends; camping in the summer months and eating out.

What is your favourite piece of tech?

My iPhone for keeping in touch with everyone although I’m not big on the social media side.

If you could move your desk anywhere in the world where would it be?

Probably a white sandy beach in Thailand or the Caribbean somewhere because I love the sun.

What would your superpower be?

Teleportation, I could go anywhere in the world in seconds – especially handy if your desk isn’t located on a white sandy beach.
