Ongoing System Maintenance: We ensure your system's performance is optimised by carrying out regular maintenance and housekeeping tasks. Manual Backup Verficiation: Our team manually verifies that your backups are successful. If a backup fails, we will notify you and take corrective action. Manual Antivirus Verification: We verify that your antivirus software is operational and that updates are deployed as soon as they're availbale. Proactive Service Notifications: We keep an eye on local and national issues that might affect your business and proactively alert you (e.g. BT lines are down). Warranty Tracking & Management: We keep an up-to-date list of your warranties and expected refresh dates, so that you will always know when investment might be needed.
