How Our IT Switching Process Works
Initial Liaison
We start by liaising with your current IT supplier to gather access details and information about your setup.
Analysis and Documentation
Once we receive the necessary information, we analyse your current IT environment, remove access from the incumbent, change passwords, and store everything securely in our documentation platform.
Software Transition
We remove the incumbent’s monitoring software and install our own on all devices to ensure continuous monitoring and support.
Site Visit
If required, we conduct a site visit to take pictures and gain access to hardware, ensuring we have a complete understanding of your physical setup.
Vendor Communication
We communicate with any software vendors to take over services, ensuring all aspects of your IT are covered.
Completion
The onboarding process typically takes 1-2 days, depending on complexity, with no downtime for your users.
Throughout the process, our operations director, Fiona, will be your dedicated point of contact, ensuring clear communication and a smooth transition.

Switching Service FAQs
Do you charge an onboarding fee?
How does the onboarding process work, and how long does it take?
We will liaise with your current supplier to get access details and information about the setup. Once we have received this information, we analyse everything, remove access from the incumbent, change passwords, and store everything we’ve learned in our secure documentation platform.
We will remove the incumbent’s monitoring software and add our own to all devices. In cases where there is an office, we may need to do a site visit to take pictures and get access to hardware. We will also speak to any software vendors to take over services, if required.
The onboarding process can vary in timeframes depending on complexity, but on average, we are able to complete onboarding within 1-2 days.
What information do we need from you before you switch?
We’ll need you to fill out a short onboarding form that provides details about your company and who we should invoice. Once that’s done, we’ll send you a Direct Debit request to complete. After that, just introduce us to your previous provider, and we’ll handle the rest!
How will you familiarise yourselves with our business and IT setup?
We will gather and go through all the important documents provided by your current IT provider. This includes things like network diagrams, software inventories, hardware details, and user access permissions. By getting a complete picture of your current IT setup, we can make sure the transition goes smoothly, and your IT operations continue without a hitch.
