Austen joined us in January 2025 as an experienced IT Technician. He will be working alongside our other friendly technicians to support our customers and IT helpdesk.

What do you do when you’re not in the office?

I am an avid musician; I spend a lot of time playing guitar or bass and creating my own music. I have a lovely fiancée; we spend as much time together as we possibly can.

I also have a keen interest in filmmaking, I have been working on a feature length film for the last 4 years (as of Jan 2025 – 80% of the project has been filmed).

What is your favourite piece of tech?

This is such a hard question; my custom-built PC is probably the correct answer. (Not to be a nerd but…) It has an RTX 3090 that I bought on release it’s a 4-year-old graphics card now and it’s still incredible!

If you could move your desk anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Lucca in the Tuscany hills in Italy. It’s where I got engaged and it’s just filled with fantastic memories.

What would your superpower be?

The ability to know where an object or entity is at any time. Say I have lost my keys, I would be able to visualise exactly where they are etc. I could find lost dogs, or help the police catch criminals etc. It would be a lucrative gig…
