Jamie is our latest apprentice Helpdesk Technician to join the team in summer 2020. Jamie brings to the role a background in delivering great customer service and is responsible for helping man the helpdesk, resolve tickets and ensure clients systems are running as they should.
When I’m not in the office I like to play Playstation or on my Nintendo Switch or if the weather is nice meet up with friends.
My favourite piece of tech is my iPhone, it allows me to keep in contact with everyone whenever I want which is really important to me.
If I could move my desk anywhere in the world it would be in a small wooden lodge in Alaska.
If I could have a superpower it would be to have a photographic memory so I would never forget anything!
