IT Technician

Jamie joined the team in back in the summer of 2020 as an IT Apprentice. Completing his apprenticeship in June 2022, Jamie is now an IT Technician and is responsible for helping man the helpdesk, resolve tickets and ensure clients’ systems are running as they should.

What do you do when you’re not in the office?

When I’m not in the office I like to play Playstation or on my Nintendo Switch or if the weather is nice meet up with friends.

What is your favourite piece of tech?

My favourite piece of tech is my iPhone, it allows me to keep in contact with everyone whenever I want which is really important to me.

If you could move your desk anywhere in the world where would it be?

If I could move my desk anywhere in the world it would be in a small wooden lodge in Alaska.

What would your superpower be?

If I could have a superpower it would be to have a photographic memory so I would never forget anything!
