Emily previously completed a Business Administration apprenticeship and worked for the NHS, but has now followed her passion for IT. She was brought on board in 2019 to further improve our industry leading response and resolution times, and works with customers to resolve tickets, prepare new kit ready for installation onsite and checking client systems to make sure everything is performing as it should.

Hands down my phone, I think I’d be a bit lost without it. I use it all the time and it keeps me in touch with my friends when I’m not seeing them.
Ooh it would have to be a VW camper van, that way I wouldn’t have to stay in one location!
To be able to move things with my mind, it would definitely make life a lot easier.
