We sat down with Laura from Transform Communications to learn more about their IT challenges and how we have supported them.
With a team of 15, Transform Communications didn’t have the capacity for a dedicated IT manager. As a result, managing tech issues and onboarding new team members internally became increasingly difficult. Directors and senior staff were frequently pulled away from their core responsibilities to troubleshoot problems, impacting productivity.
Given their work with large organisations in sensitive sectors, security was a key concern. At the same time, the team was eager to streamline operations by upgrading their tech stack – seeking best-in-class systems that could scale with their growing needs and support their drive for efficiency.
After understanding the challenges Transform Communications faced – particularly around time constraints and internal IT pressures, we onboarded their team onto our monitoring and management system so that our technicians can remotely access devices to fix issues.
To support their goal of improving efficiency and modernising their tech stack, we led a migration project that transitioned the team from Gmail and Dropbox to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. This shift enabled smoother collaboration, enhanced security, and laid the foundation for scalable, future-ready systems.
