The Challenge

After moving to Systemagic, Total Connections needed a new server and upgraded IT security to help their business. Total Connections wanted to keep a similar functionality so internal systems could continue running without issues.

The Solution

When we started supporting Total Connections they were using a server that had no mainstream support, as this had expired in 2018. We installed a new server with the latest Operating System which will receive regular security updates and patches through our maintenance service. We also replaced Total Connections’ network equipment with a stronger alternative, fit for business use and to enable remote access. As Total Connections wanted to keep a similar functionality, instead of changing their systems completely, we simply upgraded their current systems.
