The Challenge

Knees were looking to move onto newer, more modern IT systems to improve staff experience and give them better functionality with no issues with storage. When Knees came to us, they had older IT systems which were affecting the staff’s ability to perform their jobs. Their systems were slow, running old versions of software and limited in terms of resources, mainly storage space. The Wi-Fi in their main store in Trowbridge had coverage issues and there was a noticeable speed difference compared with wired devices.

The Solution

Knees now have a new modern system that will support their future growth. After migrating over to Microsoft 365, Knees now has 50GB mailboxes, the latest version of Microsoft Office, data stored in SharePoint, integration with Microsoft Teams and improved IT security. Systemagic has installed a new Ubiquiti Wi-Fi system to provide better coverage, higher speeds and roaming. Knees’ new system allows us to monitor, maintain, configure and troubleshoot the system remotely. The entire staff team at Knees also benefits from ongoing support and system maintenance from Systemagic’s team.
