Microsoft 365 Business Premium includes everything you get in standard Microsoft 365 packages (including email, Teams and the Microsoft Office software suite) but loads more on top.
It includes Windows 10 Business which is an upgrade to Windows and adds extra remote management and security functionality, and Enterprise Mobility & Security to make sure your business is taking advantage of the latest enterprise-level IT security.
Device & Data Protection makes sure your data and devices are encrypted, protecting them against loss or theft. You also get protection and encryption for email and file data ensuring sensitive data cannot be shared or copied. This is great if you work with clients who require you to have certain compliance or security measures in place.
Device Management via InTune is also included in Microsoft 365 Professional and is a game changer for businesses who don’t have or need a server. It means all your devices can be centrally managed and secured. Your computers (and even mobiles and tablets) can be remotely wiped or have all business data removed if you lose them or they’re stolen. Software can be pushed out automatically, security policies applied and configurations like printers and access to data happens automatically when you log in.
