James announced as ‘Male Entrepreneur of the Year’ at the GBBC Awards ’22

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Systemagic Managing Director, James Eades, has been announced as ‘Male Entrepreneur of the Year’ at the Great British Business & Community Awards 2022, hosted by Great British Expos.  

Having joined Systemagic as a technician in the early 2000s, James demonstrated his strong entrepreneurial flair from the moment he joined. Which led him to become Managing Director by 2010 and complete his management buyout of the firm by 2016.  

Since becoming Managing Director, James has led Systemagic through a period of extraordinary growth, including three acquisitions, revenue growth of 400% and a major rebrand.  

As stated on their website, “The Male Entrepreneur of the Year award recognises those male individuals who have shown the desire to succeed with their own ideas and have had the ambition to turn those ideas into a successful business.”  

Commenting on his win, James said: “I am delighted to have been nominated and awarded Male Entrepreneur of the Year at The Great British Business & Community Awards 2022. Having started my first business at 17 and taking over as MD of Systemagic in 2010, the journey to where we are today has been an interesting one, full of many challenges, surprises and celebrations. Of course, Systemagic’s success could not have been possible without the support and hard work from our dedicated team.”
