We’ve had a busy summer at Systemagic HQ. The team returned to our (COVID secure) office back in June and our Field Engineers headed back on site in order to assist our clients shortly after. We squeezed in a belated away-day in August where we reviewed the past year and tried our luck at axe throwing, archery and canoeing and more recently, we’ve welcomed three new faces!
IT Technician, Aaron Crouch joins us after working alongside Systemagic for a number of years. Aaron’s main focus will be predominantly supporting one of our larger clients which means he splits his time both on site and in the office.
With a background in customer service and a passion for all things IT Jamie Church was the perfect fit in recruiting our first Helpdesk Technician Apprentice of 2020. Jamie will be helping to support our clients remotely assisting to resolve tickets and ensure clients systems are running as they should.
Prior to joining Systemagic Callum Williams was able to develop his IT skills at his previous company. After looking for the right role to help expand his knowledge Callum has joined us as our first Field Engineer Apprentice! Callum will be working on site to assist with routine visits and deal with customer support queries.
