Shortly after, a technician will be able to remotely login to and take over your device via our remote monitoring system. During this time, we will troubleshoot and attempt to fix the problem at hand.  

Once the issue is resolved, the technician will log out of your machine, and you will be able to continue with your day. 

What Are The Advantages of Remote IT Support? 

There are many benefits to remote IT support. But the biggest advantage of it is convenience and timeliness  

Before IT support could be done remotely, an IT technician would need to visit you in person. This visit would need to be scheduled and wouldn’t likely happen on the same day, especially if the ticket wasn’t a priority problem.
