Louis joined the Systemagic team in August 2022 as an Apprentice IT Technician and successfully passed his apprenticeship in mid-2024.

Since then, he has been an essential part of our team, working on a variety of tickets and supporting our clients with all their tech-related issues.

What do you do when you’re not in the office?

When I’m not in the office I love to stare at cars that I can’t afford and I’m currently re-watching Breaking Bad – it’s such a good TV series!

What is your favourite piece of tech?

My favourite piece of tech is undoubtedly my iPhone, I would be lost without that thing as it helps me stay connected and organised.

If you could move your desk anywhere in the world where would it be?

If I could move my desk anywhere, it would have to be somewhere in South America where I could look at anteaters all day. I find them fascinating!

What would your superpower be?

If I could have a superpower, I would choose super speed. Usain Bolt wouldn’t stand a chance.
