If you’ve read our whitepaper ‘Quick Guide to GDPR: Is your businesss ready?’ you will already have an understanding of the measures that will help on your journey towards compliance.  You will also know that data security plays a extensive role in the regulations that will be enforced on May 25th. We’ve recently become Cyber Essentials certified!

At Systemagic, we’re making a conscious effort to protect our clients from potential cyber attacks, which as result covers a number of aspects relating to the protection of personal data that comes with GDPR.  We’ve become certified, and we’re encouraging our customers to follow suit and become certified too.

What is it?

Cyber Essentials is a government and industry backed scheme that helps organisations provide evidence demonstrating the basic steps towards protecting your business and your data from internet based cyber attacks has been implemented.

With GDPR set to come into play in just a couple of weeks it’s never been a more vital time to ensure your business is fully protected against the most common cyber threats out there.

How will Cyber Essentials benefit my business?

• You will have confidence that your systems have been verified as being fit for purpose, secure and properly configured.
• Once you’re certified your business is then listed on Cyber Essentials Directory of organisations awarded Cyber Essentials

How do I get certified?

Systemagic have teamed up with a local Certification Body to ensure we can provide all the necessary information required to pass the certification questionnaire. Once you’ve passed you will be awarded your your Cyber Essentials certificate.
