Operations Manager Harriet Brooks joins the Systemagic Team

Our latest member to the team is Harriet Brooks! With the business having doubled in size over the past few years we’re super excited to be able to continue to build upon our growth. To begin with this year has seen us welcome two new colleagues to the team. As a result we’ve filled new positions within the business!  As demand for our services also continues to increase we intend to continue recruiting throughout the year. 

Harriet Brooks is 29.  She has joined Systemagic’s senior team as our Operations Manager. For the most part Harriets day-to-day role will be to manage the busy Helpdesk and field technician teams. She will be ensuring clients receive consistently excellent service.  Harriet brings almost 10 years experience managing support teams and we’re thrilled to have her on board.
