Getting Started With Sway

We’ve included some simple instructions showing how you can access and get the most from Microsoft Sway.

Accessing Microsoft Sway

You can access Microsoft Sway through the Microsoft 365 app launcher (the 9 dots in the top left-hand corner at office.com and searching ‘Sway’) or by visiting www.sway.cloud.microsoft.com.

Creating a Sway

Creating a new Sway is easy. Simply click the big + button to start from scratch, the star button to create from a topic, or the upload button to start from a document (including Word, PowerPoint or a PDF).

In Sway, you can add titles, photos, text/bullet points and hyperlinks.
