In this guide, you’ll learn how to set up and configure the sync function within Microsoft Edge.
Launch the Microsoft Edge browser on your device.
Look at the top right corner of the browser window and click on your user icon (profile picture or initials).
If it says “Sync is On,” your data is already being synced across devices.
If sync isn’t enabled, click on the settings cogwheel icon next to your user icon.
In the settings menu, find and click on the ‘Sync’ option.
Click the ‘Turn on Sync’ button to start the synchronisation process.
A confirmation prompt will appear. Click the ‘Confirm’ button to proceed.
Once confirmed, Microsoft Edge will begin syncing your browsing data, including bookmarks, passwords, history, and settings to the cloud and across all your devices.
