Customer feedback is key to our service. At Systemagic our hard working team are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients. As you may be aware our approach is entirely customer focused and we’re committed to providing  our customers with what they need, when they need it, in the most effective manner.

Our clients opinions are super important to us, when we receive great, honest feedback it creates a huge buzz in the office, which is why we want to keep our fingers on the pulse and ensure the team are delivering exactly what’s expected.  So, to do so we need your help!

How can you help?

In true Systemagic form we’ve decided to do things a little differently which is why we’ve introduced a monthly prize giveaway to customers who can help us improve each and every month by providing customer feedback.

Our monthly giveaway allows clients who submit feedback through our ticketing system to be automatically entered into the draw. All you need to do is ensure when a ticket has been closed to your satisfaction (or not!) you let us know how we did by clicking one of the three smiley icons at the bottom of the email and leaving a short comment on how we did or how we could improve things for the future. It’s as simple as that!
