Fiona Major - Customer Experience Manager

Customer Experience Manager joins the team!

We’re thrilled to welcome another new face to the team. Fiona Major joins us in a brand new role as our Customer Experience Manager. Fiona brings over 6 years experience working in Digital Project Management roles within the web industry and she’s been part of the Systemagic journey since back in 2015 when we worked with her during our rebrand!

Fiona, who lives in Trowbridge will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive the very best service and communication. She will be kept busy both organising and managing projects, working with clients to get the best from their IT systems and Cloud solutions as well as working with our team internally focussing on communication.

Fiona says, ‘I’ve known the Systemagic team for a number of years now and have watched them grow from strength to strength – I was delighted when they asked me to join the journey. My first few weeks have been great and our customers are already seeing the benefits to the small tweaks we have been putting in place. I’m looking forward to really getting stuck in, ensuring that as a team, we continually learn and improve to give our customers the best experience possible.’

Managing Director, James says, ‘We’ve known Fiona for about 5 years now and I’m delighted to be able to welcome her to the team.  She’s already having an extremely positive impact on the business and her role will help us to ensure we can continue to grow while making sure we’re looking after clients to the standard they’ve become accustomed to!’
