With just a couple of weeks left of the year we can safely say 2018 has been a big one for Systemagic. We’ve expanded the team, picked up more awards, launched a brand new service and worked on some really interesting projects. In our now annual tradition, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on some of our best bits of the year!
2018 has seen us welcome Operations Manager Harriet, Account Manager Mark and IT Technician Graeme to the team. Together they bring almost 30 years experience working in the tech industry and their roles within the business will continue to help set us up for further growth throughout 2019.
We’ve had a record breaking year in terms of signing up new customers and this has enabled us to work on some exciting projects throughout the year. A couple of highlights included working at the beautiful Whatley Manor ensuring the hotel’s tech fully represented their 5* status, and with smaller boutiques like the Beckford Bottle Shop in Bath who we provided an invisible but flawless IT system for.
By popular demand we’ve recently launched a Search Engine Optimisation service. We’re now providing SEO packages that we use ourselves and have genuinely seen results from to succeed on the organic Google listings. By allowing clients to have access to their live data they can see in real time the results being achieved. It’s important for us to provide complete transparancy to ensure clients are getting the best results. We kickstarted 2018 by winning ‘SME of the year’ at the South West Business Awards and we were also thrilled to scoop the ‘Technology and Innovation’ award two years on the trot at the Bradford-on-Avon business awards last month.
