We Welcome Three New Faces to the Team

When calling us, you may hear a few unfamiliar voices answering the phones; that’s because we have welcomed three friendly new members to our team.  

Sam, Louis and Alex are all recent starters at Systemagic and join us during an exciting period of growth. As Level 3 IT Apprentices, Sam and Louis will be guided through their studies by our senior technicians. Alex joins us as an IT Technician and will be working on tickets, responding to customers’ IT problems and ensuring that their systems are running efficiently. Having welcomed lots of new customers recently, it was important to expand the team in response. The extra roles will make sure we continue to deliver our industry-leading response and resolution times and award-winning customer service levels.  

Speaking of the exciting news, James Eades, Managing Director said: “At Systemagic we are passionate about apprenticeships and providing opportunities for young people to kickstart their career in IT. Sam, Louis and Alex are great additions to our team and I’m excited to see where their careers take them.”
