Helpdesk Technician

Michael is our latest addition to the help desk team. He has a background in the defence sector and is a trained music technician (with a pretty impressive collection of guitars!) Alongside Rhys, Michael focuses on maintaining client’s servers, computers and networks as well as proactively monitoring their systems.

Quick fire questions answered by Michael

What do you do when you’re not in the office? 

I’m a gamer so often I’m on my pc until the early hours, I’m also a musician and have a home recording studio. If I’m not doing either of those things I’m probably out with friends or going for a drive.

What is your favourite piece of tech?

Probably my gaming computer that I built.

If you could move your desk anywhere in the world where would it be? 

Somewhere warm with a nice view but there must be a coffee supply!

What would your superpower be?

It would be the ability to teleport so I could escape to the desert or somewhere remote when having a stressful day.
