James is our latest Helpdesk Technician who joined the team in October 2017. He deals directly with customers who have technical issues and as an Apple specialist brings 8 years’ experience of implementing and supporting Apple business solutions.

What do you do when you’re not in the office?
I’m usually out and about, spending time with friends and family, exploring new places or walking my dog. I love travelling and seeing new countries, cultures and meeting people.
What is your favourite piece of tech?
My iPhone without a doubt, it’s the one thing I always have on me, and it does everything I need it to. Keeping in touch with everyone whenever and wherever is the best part.
If you could move your desk anywhere in the world where would it be?
New York City ! I love the place and I don’t think I’d get bored of it, something different is always happening and it has an amazing atmosphere.
What would your superpower be?
I think I would like to be able to stop or at least pause time. I feel as I’m getting older time is speeding up and I don’t like it.
