With a history of delivering excellent customer service, Adam is our latest addition to the Helpdesk team.  He will be ensuring our customers systems are running efficiently, responding to any errors and performing essential maintenance to keep our clients networks running smoothly.

What do you do when you’re not in the office?

When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my wife. Often watching movies, cartoons and getting angry at each other when we struggle to complete Lego games on the PS4.

 What is your favourite piece of tech?

That’s tough, I’ve got a few. My main one has to be my iPhone. It’s great that I can receive my emails, and keep in contact with people over group chat while I’m out and about. It’s also connected to my server at home so  I can stream all of my movies and TV shows wherever I go. It can also accept phone calls

If you could move your desk anywhere in the world where would it be?

If you were to ask me that for my previous job, I would have said closer to home. Now however, Systemagic is just down the road from me! So I’m not really sure where I would want my desk.

What would your superpower be?

I’m constantly feeling like I just don’t have enough time in the day, so the power to control time would be fantastic! So if anything is going to take a little while to do I can freeze time and save an hour or so!
