Our offices in Bath and Trowbridge enable our mobile technicians easy access to a very large geographical area for reactive or scheduled on-site visits, as well as giving our customers the opportunity to visit us to work on IT systems planning, budgeting or simply for a coffee and a chat about the latest technology.

As you would expect, all our engineers are Microsoft qualified, and our team and company holds a number of other relevant industry awards and accreditations. Our bespoke helpdesk system and state of the art telephone system allow us to provide top level business support.

All Systemagic support contracts include the same core features, focussed on proactive, preventative, maintenance and monitoring:
Constant monitoring of key server parameters including any warnings or errors that may occur.When we receive alerts we work automatically to rectify the issue.
We verify that your networked anti-virus software is operational and that any updates are deployed to the network as soon as they are available.
We check that your backup has completed successfully. In the event of a failure we will either notify you and/or take corrective action automatically.
We ensure that all available verified software patches are applied to the server in order to maintain security and stability and rolled out to desktops where possible.
We routinely carry out maintenance tasks on your server in order to continually optimise your system. This includes disk maintenance, data housekeeping and many other recommended maintenance tasks.
For any additional onsite work that we need to carryout, you will receive a discount on our standard pay as you go rate.
The Bronze Lite contract includes up to 3 hours each month of FREE telephone and remote support within normal business hours where assistance is able to be given remotely.
The Systemagic Helpdesk is available Monday to Friday during business hours (currently 9am – 5pm) with additional support available outside of these hours from our on-call engineer.
All of our support agreements are on a 30 day notice period with no lengthy committment periods. We believe that our technical ability, experience and great customer service mean that we shouldn't need to tie any customer in to a contract.
